How To Spa
In order to give you an unforgettable spa experience, we would like to prepare you for your visit with our FAQ. Immerse yourself in our spa in the middle of the Elbphilharmonie and be inspired by the harbor scenario. Here is the place where you can feel comfortable. We would like to tempt you to forget the stress of everyday life and consciously enjoy your time at The Westin Hamburg Spa.

Arrival
We ask you to appear at the spa 10 minutes before your booked appointment so you can relax and fill out our consultation form. Please understand that we may not be able to receive guests late.
Which clothes are recommended?
Wear what is most comfortable for you. The therapist will let you know which clothes you can put down for your selected treatment.
Children / adolescents
Gym: from 16 years
Pool: under 16 only when accompanied by an adult
Sauna / steam bath: from 16 years
Facials / manicures / pedicures: from 16 years
Massages: from 16 years
Special Kids Pool Times
Daily: 10 AM - 12 AM & 2 PM - 4 PM
Please note: Only under supervision of an adult
Pregnancy
Please let us know if you are pregnant when you book a treatment, so we can recommend a suitable treatment for you.
Cancellation
Please note: If you cannot keep your appointment, we ask you to cancel in writing.
Cancellations up to 24 hours in advance are free of charge. Otherwise we have to charge you 50 percent, and 100 percent for no-shows.
Spa at home
Our therapists will gladly recommend your personal BABOR product highlights or OPI nail polishes for your home. You can purchase them directly at our spa shop.
Tips
Before visiting our spa, drink enough water to aid relaxation.
Men are advised to shave a few hours before their facial.
Smoking in the spa and in the entire building is not permitted.
The spa area is a place of silence and relaxation. We ask you to take this into account.
Please do not use cell phones or cameras in the entire spa.
We assume no liability for valuables in the spa area.
For our Day Spa guests: Please note that you can secure a parking lot for better conditions in the park garage of the Elbphilharmonie, called APCOA with the Pre Booking option:
